Finished Second Street Station and it was a very good read.  The trials of women in the 1880's would have set me on edge and I was so empathetic with the main character -- female and trying to become a detective.

I've read several books since then, mostly reviewed on the Mystery page 

Love the cooler weather.  It makes it great to sit on the deck with the dogs and read!!!

Have you seen this list:   9 books to read if you Hate reading   I have read Jurassic Park and absolutely loved it but then who wouldn't?  lol I tried to read the Kite Runner and really couldn't get into it and I haven't read the rest.   hmmmmm, wonder what that says about me??????
